Started in 2011 by two college freshman, SAS has since become a 501(c)(3), run 28 benefit concerts in 8 states raising over $200,000 for the fight against sex trafficking.

MATTHEW PERRYMAN JONES:
Matthew Perryman Jones has a voice that calls out with intensity, truth, and emotion.  After a brief period of pursuing a career as a therapist, Jones began his music ventures in 1997 in Decatur, Georgia.  Shortly after moving to Nashville to pursue music full-time, he issued his first solo release, “Nowhere Else But Here”, in 2000.  A prolific writer, Jones has released 4 albums, and EP, several singles, and has appeared on a handful of compilations. Performing Songwriter Magazine noted Jones as a talent that follows “in the footsteps of Leonard Cohen and John Lennon.”

GRACE THEISEN:
Grace is a singer-songwriter who just recently moved to Nashville, TN from Michigan. She independently released her first EP in 2015, Beautiful Mercy, which reflect strong themes of sorrow, hope and faith. Through her uniquely serene, yet honestly raw vocals, this artist creates music that is both timeless and authentic. Grace’s unique story of battling chronic pain and learning how to be honest through the process is captured in her latest EP, Simple + True, which will be available to listeners in June of 2017. She cites this as her “most personal work to do.” Grace is also the co-founder and the Director of Artist Relations with Songs Against Slavery, a nonprofit that empowers and inspires communities to join the fight against sex trafficking in the United States.

JESSICA MARTINDALE:
Martindale deviated from Soon, We'll Dance's pop/country flare and rested in her voice's folky/soulful sweet spot for her first full length album Warrior, released in August of 2016. Martindale worked with Grammy award winning Richie Biggs and Sam Ashworth to create an album that Highlight Magazine says"offers a collection of enchanting songs that grasp at humanity and all the beauty the world has to offer." The vulnerable contents of this album have taken Martindale across the country speaking and singing at conferences, women's events, recovery centers and retreats. Her songs spring from an undeniable passion, in the old-school, sweating-blood sense of the word. It's a passion that brings listeners close and invites them to feel and be seen.
